Summer has been going fast and we have been enjoying it even the heat. We started out with Jordan and Allie's wedding in June. We had a fun garden reception at Sugarhouse Park the night before, a great busy day at the temple and then a reception/dinner at LogHaven. There was a pond with ducks and fish by the ceremony spot which was great for the kids. They loved pointing, making duck sounds and almost tried to swim with them. Luckily during the ceremony, we didn't hear any quack quack noises thanks to the Pohlman grandparents that helped.

Other summer news has been digging into the yard...literally. Paul was trying to turn on sprinklers and figure out why things weren't working and found a vine/weed growing into and through the pvc pipe of the sprinklers. He dug out and changed out the manifold and found this vine the size of him! We still have much more sprinklers to fix but this was a start. We also had our city dumpsters here this month so we had a HUGE pile of weeds, prickly bushes, dead trees and about 8 stumps we had dug out. Of course our evenings were the only time to work without 2 toddlers trying to help aka getting into everything so as soon as they were asleep, we got our digging on by getting all these stumps out. We did get to pull a few out with the truck and there were moments of complete laughter as we discussed our red neck ways....Honey just hold that wall there while I pull this stump or Honey just make sure that stump is dragged on the cement so it doesn't rip up the grass...Yeah it was a sight to see I am sure.

We went down to St. George for the eclipse sighting and also took a hike up Snow Canyon. The new baby backpacks were awesome! The kids loved seeing all the lizards and red rock. The eclipse was pretty awesome too. We did drive home with all the other 1000 people that night late so had about an hour delay in Nephi with road construction but worth the trip.

| Happy 4th of July! We loved seeing fireworks from a far and the glow bracelets from Grandma's neighborhood breakfast! |

| Blaze game...we were completely involved! We stayed for half. |
Our summer has been fun with walks around the neighborhood, snow cones, bowling, seeing the 24th of July floats, using our Pass of all Passes, splash parks, and still 2 naps. It is so fun to have the twins more interactive this year and eager to try things. They are both walking and playing together really great. We sure love them!
